Consistent Goal Threat to Boost United's Forward Line
The experienced striker's arrival is expected to provide a major boost to United’s forward line. Schüller has been highly reliable in front of goal in the Bundesliga.
- Over seven consecutive seasons, including the most recent campaign, she reached at least a double-digit tally of league goals.

The acquisition of Schüller’s signature comes at a time when United seem to be gathering positive momentum.
Their recent performances feature qualifying for the European knockout phase playoffs in a seeded position and a victory in the League Cup quarter-finals.
In the transfer market, the mid-season window has brought further activity:
- The acquisition of Sweden defender Hanna Lundkvist on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
- The contract extension for Japanese playmaker Hinata Miyazawa, who has become popular figure since arriving in 2023.
On the midfielder's new deal, a club official commented: “She has become a vital part to the way we play. Her understanding of the game and technical ability enables her and the team to dominate play from the middle of the park.”
Lundkvist, who has arrived from a club in the American league, said: “You can sense how much the club have progressed in the last few years, competing in one of the strongest leagues in the world and performing in the Champions League.”
